Weald of Kent Floor and Vault Competition
Sunday 18th May 2008

Eighteen Gymnasts from Dover Gym Club’s Girls Floor & Vault Squad travelled to Sevenoaks Leisure Centre to compete in the Weald of Kent’s Annual Floor & Vault Event.

Despite the new changes to the rules and levels and also much tougher scoring we managed to bring home a total of:

3 Gold Medals
3 Silver Medals
1 Bronze Medal

The results were as follows:

Novice Senior 1999 Age Group:

Mollie Chivers – 2nd place
Jasmine Graham – 3rd place
Dayna Tye – 6th place
Kelsey Sandham – 7th place
Abigayle Pearce – 12th place

Novice Senior 1997 Age Group:

Courtney Torrance –Gold Medal

Novice Senior 1998 Age Group:

Rhiannon Berry – Gold Medal

Novice Junior 1998 Age Group:

Nicole Stokes – 4th place
Georgia Doble – 4th place
Josie Scales  - 9th place

Novice Senior 2001 Age Group:

Hannah McMahon – 8th place

Intermediate 1996 Age Group:

Holly Gillard – 2nd place
Jessica Doble – 6th place

Bronze 1996 Age Group:

Abbie Langley – 4th place
Emily Martin – 6th place

Bronze 1994 Age Group:

Rebecca Skelton – 2nd place
Katie Kelly – 5th place

Silver 1993 Age Group:

Jade Sandham – Gold Medal
