Our mission

To provide safe, effective and friendly coaching and competitive opportunities in gymnastics to all sections of the community, and to promote the benefits of gymnastics for general fitness, health and
well-being.

Adult Gym - 15+ years

Whether you are a beginner or a retired gymnast, you are welcome to join our Adult Session, run by qualified coaches.

You may be an experienced gymnast who would like to keep up with your fitness and learned skills or you may be a total beginner who is looking for a fun way to work out and meet friends whilst learning something new!

Wednesday	8.30 - 9.30 pm	15 + yrs

Price per session:- £2.50

There is no need to book these sessions in advance so just drop in.

On you second session you must also become a member of British Gymnastics, which includes a personal insurance scheme and pay a Club Membership fee of £12.00 per year.
